- BEBackroad Creations EtcJun 17, 20261.0We stopped in on Saturday June 13th around 5pm, the only customers at the time. The store was very hot inside and smelled bad. We drove an hour to get there so we decided to stay. We placed our order and waited, in the meantime I went to the restroom where there were several dead “bugs” on the floor. After 40 minutes of waiting for a pizza we left, we should have left sooner but we didn’t. Pizza Hut is one of our favorite restaurants, as I said we had to drive a hour because we don’t have one and we normally go to Casey, IL’s Pizza Hut but thought we would try here since they were both the same distance. I won’t be back!!

This location and its whole team needs to get their act together nights on weekends you walk in and it feels like it's 90° in the entire restaurant not a very good eating atmosphere it was hard for me to breathe.. manager said nothing and no apologies either. They say it was only going to take 25 minutes I go in there and they tell me to wait another 30 this is not how I wanted to spend my night off. I'm so disappointed
