  Location easy get to .Location didn't care for because of all construction going on around area. But construction won't last forever. Good place stop for highway travelers

  ⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely unacceptable food quality I had a very disappointing experience at the Bojangles located inside the Love’s Travel Stop at 3101 S 10th St in Mt Vernon, IL. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and what I received was honestly unacceptable. The chicken was severely overcooked and burned, with a large portion of it completely black and charred. I’ve attached photos so people can see exactly what was served to me. What disappoints me most is that someone prepared this sandwich, saw the condition of the chicken, put it on the bun with the toppings, wrapped it up, and still decided it was acceptable to serve to a paying customer. This wasn’t just a little overcooked. It was visibly burned and should never have left the kitchen in this condition. I travel frequently and stop at Love’s locations regularly, and I expect at least a reasonable standard of food quality from restaurants operating inside their travel stops. This experience was extremely disappointing. Bojangles management at this location really needs to pay more attention to the quality of the food being served. I definitely would not recommend ordering a chicken sandwich here based on my experience.

  Why are all these restaurants going to kiosk? Can you get an order from a kiosk? You can’t intermingle with the staff you can’t talk to someone to order your food. I’m just gonna teach anyone working in fast food social skills so they can move on into this life, fast food was meant to learn social skills with intermingling with people crazy and lady that helped me there with the kiosk was very very nice. The food was OK I’ve never had this place before but the chicken is not that great.

  I'm disappointed in this bojangle they only serve chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches no other chicken and tenders salty just my opinion the area it's in seem eerie towards color don't quote me please just seems eerie service was good the young lady was friendly and respectful with our experience

  The food was incredible. I can't believe it took me so long to try them. I only deducted a star because my dipping sauce was missing and the wait was long. In their defense it was lunchtime.
