- LBLuke BergmanJul 31, 20263.0Might be my first non positive review I’ve ever left. I kept it at 3 stars because overall the workers here are very nice and I’ve been going here for 15 years. With that said, a specific worker (she’s relatively knew, ya probably know who I’m talking about, shorter young white chick) genuinely makes it her mission to give you the least possible amount of food possible. I understand the mindset of rationing the scoops if someone gets every ingredient and double meat because that’s hard to wrap in the tortilla, but that’s not what it is. She actually puts effort in to give you a half spoon full of all ingredients, and then you can feel the passive aggressive annoyed vibe when you kindly ask for a bit more of an item. Not asking for extra, just the normal amount. Getting chipotle after a long day of manual labor is something I look forward to, and it’s not necessarily that cheap anymore, so it just sucks that this girl puts every customer in the position to have to ask for the correct amount of food we are paying for. To be clear, I genuinely enjoy this location and all the other workers, but today I finally sacked up and decided to say something.

I'm a regular Chipotle customer and eat there almost every day, but this is by far the worst experience I've had. The portions were much smaller than usual, and that's why I felt I had to leave this review. I hope they improve their consistency and customer service.

The absolute worst service, from the person preparing the food all the way to the cashier just absolutely terrible almost as if they're in a rush to get customers out asap even tho there was no one else in line. Lady says thank you have a nice day and realizes she forgot to bag the other half of my order.
