  If I could do zero stars I would have .I understand the restaurant business all too well and I’m very disappointed how today was handled .Everyone was beyond rude and in a bad mood .I should’ve and could’ve been the rude one considering I waited 30 minutes for our food .Train your people better for rush hours .

  Do not order from here after like 3 o’clock Max… They literally have like two people working at night time if that… And they don’t care about getting orders out for some reason. I’ve waited there for over an hour for two orders that I was picking up, it’s like that every time daytime is good. I feel like, but once it hits a certain time, I would definitely not order from there.

  I was coming home and decided to stop I the drive thru to get me and a buddy something to eat. Rolled up and put in a order for a 10 piece small fries and a drink, then gave another for 2 single cheeseburgers with med fries and a drink. Well the guy on microphone repeated it back wrong so no problem I retold my orders but this time specified the menu number with the order and stated there was 2 orders and he said okay. Well I pull up and noticed the price didn't seem right but waited till I got the food to confirm any issues, there was an issue about 75% of the meal was incorrect or wasn't even added to begin with. I had gotten a sandwich that was wrong, one drink was correct but the other wasn't even added to the order, the 10 piece was also non-existent, the fries were the only thing correct. I went back to reorder but the line was taking forever and at 12 at night I wasn't about to waste more time than the people behind the counter weren't gonna put in anyways. On top of my friend receiving nothing but fries and me getting a cold sandwich that I did try afterwards just to say I didn't waste my money but no it was so cold and gross I couldn't pull over and throw it away fast enough. So hopefully it gets better but considering the low effort being put into fast food jobs anyways I'd just rather go hungry if nowhere but this place is open.

  Consistently forgets parts of my order, even when the drive thru is empty. How is that possible? Is Ai running this place?

  Food was cold. The nuggets were like rubber. Pretty much threw out food out the window. And when I told them I had a mobile order they were hateful at the drive thru window like we were a burden to their time
