  Placed an online order ahead of time. Was waiting in a line that did not move for 15 minutes. Tried to drive around to the window, the man just said ,”You have to wait in line.” Canceled are order and we left

  Best McDonald’s the African American male with the visor during lunch is extremely helpful would recommend this McDonald’s over any other one

  This used to be the best McD’s in the area. I was a fairly regular breakfast customer at this location but things have slowly gone downhill in the past several months. The morning crew was always fantastic… friendly, attentive, prompt service. Then many of those longtime employees left & new ones were brought in. Cheryl, Blanca & Rose are still there & providing the same great customer service. The new employees, not so much. You’re lucky if you get a “can I help you” greeting from them. They took away the self serve drink station & now you have to stand at the counter & hope someone comes out from the back to see you & actually walk over to you to get a drink refill. Same for getting an extra napkin since the lobby dispensers have also been removed. And if you don’t use the app/kiosk to order, you’ll probably be in for a wait until someone happens to notice you standing at the counter. They’ve also raised their prices & they’re higher than other McD’s in the area.

  I used to get breakfast here all the time and the women who worked drive-through line were absolutely delightful and never had an order wrong. Unfortunately, that appears to have changed and the new crew working the drive-through line are horrible. today I got into the right hand lane when both had lanes had cars in them. the left-hand lane car proceeded forward and the right hand lane car was not greeted two more cars went through the left-hand lane before the right hand lane car was greeted. I moved into the left lane and placed my order I paid and when I received my order out of the five items I had ordered only two were correct. Of course, it’s drive-through so I didn’t realize that until I was well on my way to work. What a disappointment.

  I ordered a 2 piece cheeseburger meal , 1 medium fry , and a Big Mac. We received our food and when we check the bag , we only had 1 medium fry. Mind you the cheeseburger meal come with a medium fry. So we go back and ask for our fries. The manager fought with us and said it’s our fault , claiming we did not say that when our receipt had the full order there. She did not give us our fries and kept being rude and fighting with us. This is horrible customer service and not being able to own up to your own mistakes is disgusting.
