  This is at least the 4th or 5th time food ordered on Jimmy John website and delivery given to 3rd party. Vendor. Jimmy Johns has no tracking mechanism of who took the food. Waited almost 55 minutes for delivery., When I called Jimmy Johns, they were apologetic and offered to send a new order. Which I appreciate it. But there should be some type of communication between the third-party vendor and the company their servicing. The food is good and the service inside or when they have their own delivery, men and women it’s excellent. Either they need to manually sign the order out with a phone number so that Jimmy Johns can contact them to find out where they are and apparently it’s Uber eats. Thank you
