  I am highly disappointed in this Dunkin. I stop by here almost every morning and Sharifa is the one taking the orders but always seems to be in a rush. Once I put in one item she proceeds to say drive up. My husband told her he was looking at the menu and she continued to rush him. When we went to the Window she said she couldn't hear us but she could have just said that to begin with. My husband did not get to order anything and I am very upset because as paying customers we should be able to leave satisfied with our order. Please put someone else on the drive thru the rest of the staff there has been wonderful.

  Listen you can never go wrong with Dunkin. Especially on days its raining.

  I ask for an oreo capucchinoo blast after I tasted, it only taste cappuchino and not oreo. I told the employee about it and him and his manager I guess start yelling saying it is oreo on it even after I know they didnt blend it with oreo, I wish I can do 0 starts but I will pass it this time. Better keep an eye on quality drinks and food also customer service

  I live 2 minutes from this dunkin and honestly prefer driving 10 to the next closest. They rush you through your order at the drive-thru constantly cutting you off to get you to finish your order and move on. Then when you finally get your order its usually wrong because they were rushing you to begin with. Terrible service and it is consistently terrible. Shame

  I am in the area and needed an iced coffee. The drive thru taker was a guy. He didn't tell me my total. Ok. Then I get to the window, he's holding my iced coffee and was taking my money. He told me the total with my coffee and straw holding on. Then he takes the money while the window is closing. Ok, it closed. It didn't close on my hand. But you know what he turned and closed the window on me. No receipt or asking if I want it but to not say, HAVE A GOOD DAY. That I have a problem with. You just took my money and you're rude to me. That's not nice.
