  Horrible Management, A few Employment over there are very nice and kind but the girls manager l don’t know her name is so rude About 10 coworkers. We used to go there every morning 5 times a week . Most of the time Our orders were made wrong When the manager come out, she will never apologize. She always look mad. Like we are the one making mistakes. After that. So many incidents we stopped going. I tried to go after work and it’s still the same. I will highly not recommend this place at all. it’s better to try different coffee shops. Instead of wasting your time. I feel. Sorry for the two kind employees that worked there. Because when they try apologize when they make mistakes, her manager is staring at them Like they’re wasting time

  When ALL DD are offering Thank you teachers and nurses free coffee- they don’t. Was very rude about it too!

  I spent $7 to get a large hot matcha and the drinks good don't get me wrong but when I asked for a cup of WATER they tried to charge me a $1.50 at the window like what? For water?

  They refused to put avocado on sandwich because there was a car behind us. I asked if I could go to the back of the line because we are driving and cannot add avocado ourselves. Still refused. Just wild to me I guess. Poor service.

  I honestly have no idea how this place has so many negative reviews?! 😕 I just had a wonderful time here! The employees were so kind and friendly, and the atmosphere was very chill. Only downside is that they didn’t have more donut options at that time, but I blame myself for coming in later in the day. 😅 but, the donuts I DID get were so soft and tasty, I ended up ordering a couple more. Place was clean & organized, and the workers were very sanitary with handling food. Wonderful people to talk to as well. I had a great experience ❤️
