  Went here on a 20 minute break and asked for a grilled steak burrito I got some kind of veggie rap, no meat all salad cheese beans and tomatoes like this is ridiculous I spent 15 min of my 20 min break trying to get food and y'all screwed up the order your drive threw operator didn't know what a grilled steak burrito was and I had to argue what I wanted to be given a burrito supreme it's either that or nothing at this point and this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks and y'all can't even give me the sauce I asked for if you can't make it in fast food then give up because it's a very simple job and if you don't know what your doing give up and do something else

  Rude! Counter help is nonexistent! I was told someone would be with me soon so don't worry about it! Then I was told to use the broken kiosk! Rude young man needs a class in customer service. We won't be back!

  A friend of mine recommended that Diablo chicken bites from Taco Bell so I thought thought I would give them a try. The picture on the menu of this item looked appetizing. I placed my order on the kiosk and receive my food quickly. Upon opening the box, I saw that my Diablo bites looked nothing like those in the picture. They were very un appetizing and appearance. I took my food back up to the counter and showed them to the people working and told them that it looks nothing like what’s in the image on the menu and that they looked old. The employees were very nice and made a new order for me. The new batch unfortunately looked just like the first one. They were fresh, but did not look appetizing and were not spicy. There was obviously something wrong with these Diablo bites. I took a picture of my order and texted it to my friend and ask him if these look like the Diablo bites said he had gotten there and he texted back and said that those look nothing like the ones he got that were so good. I’ll probably order the Diablo bites from a different Taco Bell location sometime. I don’t think I’ll be back to this Taco Bell location.

  Service was fast and food tasted great. Place was clean and the workers were nice and willing to help if you didn't want to use the kiosk. Recommend

  Absolutely screw this place. If you are a truck driver or any CDL base driver do not come here. They have no semi truck signs posted everywhere. Why the hell would you open up a Taco Bell right next to a truckstop but you don’t want truck drivers showing up with only our tractors or power units. Absolutely screw this location and their team members. The front door says they’re open until 12 AM or 1 AM depending on the day but they close their doors almost 2 hours early just so they could leave on time. They only let the drive-through stay open, but that kind of screws us truck drivers. No wonder they are losing business and customers. Next time I have cravings for Mexican food, I’ll go to chipotle, Moe’s, or somewhere else. I have been to every single state in the US and have eaten plenty of fast food. More so than I’d like to admit and more so than anyone should, but I can tell you this was the worst experience to get one.
