  15 minute wait for a large fry and apple pie. Then went inside and saw they were handing out fries to people in the drive thru “to keep the line moving” while there were 5 cars in the reserve space waiting for fries. To add to the bad service, when I went inside they told me they were out of apple pies. So I waited 15 minutes for cold fries and no apple pie. When I asked for a refund there was no manager on duty to do the refund.

  They made us use a deal to then just say they have new Mcfrappes very pissed I don’t recommend

  I guess they no longer give napkins with your purchase. This happens every time to us. My mcdoubles are half the size of what they use to be

  Hadn't eaten all day, grab a value meal on my way home. Woke up with food poisoning. Since it was the only food I consumed that day it was easy to identify where it came from. Shouldn't have eaten the room temperature burger or fries but was starving!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

  The service at this location is very sub-par. Three drive-thru visits in a row this place has forgotten a portion of my food and have to go back for it. I went a little bit ago with my three kids and requested table service so I wouldn’t have to get up and leave my kids. They bring your food out to you but don’t get your drinks. kinda defeats the purpose of “table service” if you still hav to get up, leave your kids in the play area alone, and get your drinks. I remember visiting a few months ago when “corporate” was visiting and the place was significantly over-staffed and they did absolutely everything flawless. Once they left, the place went to crap like it usually is. lol
