  Worse service possible couldn't even take my order back when they messed it up. I got a chicken bacon ranch, they added hot sauce and jalapenos to it, which I asked them not to, because I don't even like spicy stuff wouldn't let me return it and get my money back and/or get a different kind of Pizza like a pepperoni. Just tell us that They couldn't give us a classic chicken bacon ranch, which I asked for and gave us a spicy version. And did not inform us over the phone and refused to do anything to help the service.

  All employees were awesome and very attentive. They continued to check on my order. The only negative I have and this is the only one. THE PARKING LOT SUCKS! it is so difficult to get in and out of that lot, especially when other customers are picking up orders and the delivery people are trying to get in and out. The regional bosses need to pay attention to this issue. If the landlord is thinking about raising the rent they need to fix that before. The store is kind of in a bad spot for P&D. Keep up the good work boys and girls.

  Have not had good experiences using this location in Morton. I usually dont leave bad reviews. This last time tipped me over. The issues are when ordering online, they give a time it will be ready. This last time it said it would be ready at 5:45. I arrived at that time and they said they got busy and it would be an additional 20 min. I was fine with that and went out and waited in truck for the 20 min. I went back in and they said it still hadn't been started and would take 20 min. This time I waited in. They seemed to be doing delivery only as multiple people started waiting then. It took an additional 30 min for me to get our pizzas. 50 min difference on what the website would say is not good.

  We've ordered from here twice for carry-out. The first time they gave our pizza to the delivery guy so we had to wait for them to make another. The second time, we ordered at 5:25. It was supposed to ready at 5:45. They told us it'd be another 20 minutes. So, after 20 minutes we check to see if it's ready. They tell us they haven't even started it. We didn't get our pizza until 6:40. Horrible customer service. Will not eat here again.

  I want to call Domino's in Morton and place my order great customer service and the delivery driver was amazing I would definitely be going back at a different time amazing service
