    Terrible… mind-blowingly rude and slow. Arguing with customers and being wrong ( not me ). Waiting over 20 minutes and when the fellow customer asked what the status of their order they received a snotty response that they were welcome to cancel their order after 20 minutes of waiting. The one kid stood sweeping a floor in the same spots dozens of times, where there was no debris, instead of helping make food as customers observed and patiently waited. I fear for these younger generations, they should be concerned.

    Im a huge fan for Taco Bell but I don’t know what happened to this location. New management or employees but it’s terrible. Orders take forever to come out and portion sizes are terrible. They neee to step it up.

    I was double charged for a single Box Combo ($10.10) at this location (Store #03733) on the night of March 2nd , I spoke to the Manager over the phone who admitted the error and told me to come in for a refund. However, when I arrived, the Assistant Manager on duty was incredibly dismissive and claimed she "couldn't look at transactions older than 24 hours." This is a blatant lie to avoid doing paperwork. She then had the nerve to tell me to just "call my bank" rather than fixing the store's own mistake. I followed the app check-in rules and have clear proof of the duplicate charge on my statement. It is a shame that corporate-owned franchise groups like Ampler allow their store-level management to treat customers this way over a simple $10 error. I’m still waiting for my money back. I wouldn't trust this location with your card—check your statements! Updated: I talked district manager, GM at this location got refund but it has whole process unnecessary I hope they will fix this issue in future, and I didn’t get to meet assistant manager who was rude to me which was annoying wasn’t fully satisfied Updated 2: district manager called for updated , he was good, he was making honest apology about lack of service Hopefully this location get better (at least store manager and district manager know about customer service )
