After an hour and 15 min, I call, girl says "deliveries are a little over 2 hours". I explained my email, she could care less, she blamed corporate. I asked to speak with a manager, she was conveniently in a meeting. I figured I'd go pick it up---nope, they hadn't even started making it yet. Get it together, Giordanos.
