- MCM C1 day ago1.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location this morning was unacceptable. I ordered donuts and a box of coffee at the drive-thru. After being told to park and wait for the coffee, I opted to cancel it and just get the donuts for an office meeting. The employee at the window (who claimed her name was Jessica, though my receipt says Maria) shoved all the donuts into two small paper bags topped with napkins, completely squishing them and making them presentable for a meeting. When I politely asked for a box, she dismissively claimed they didn't have any. When I expressed my frustration with the service and asked for her name, she responded with heavy attitude, asking, "Why? Can I help you with anything?" After I told her I would be filing a formal complaint, she talked back and said she "wasn't scared." Horrible customer service and completely inappropriate behavior.

- JSJim SSep 29, 20261.0My ice coffee is ice water. This place skimps on coffee, oatmilk. It's sad because it's on my way to work. Will find another store.
- MCMike CSep 22, 20261.0I do not write negative reviews lightly, but management needs to address the staff working the drive-thru this morning. After needing to drive up to the window because the order taker couldn't understand me, I ordered donuts for a work meeting. The employee—who gave her name as Jessica, though the receipt lists Maria—shoved all the donuts into small paper bags with napkins stuffed on top, leaving them completely squished and unpresentable. When I asked if they had a box, she was rude and claimed they had none. When I confronted her about the poor handling of my food and her attitude, she showed no accountability, asked me to move along, and blatantly told me she "wasn't scared" when I stated I would file a complaint. Whether she was having a bad day or not, treating paying customers this way is unacceptable.
