  Currently sitting in the Chipotlane behind 5 other cars waiting for my order that I have already paid for online. Haven’t moved in 10 minutes. Unacceptable.

  We went to Chipotle for lunch, and I ordered a steak bowl. Unfortunately, it was extremely salty—so salty that I couldn’t even finish it. I’ve eaten at Chipotle many times, and this was the first time I’ve had this experience. Very disappointing and definitely not what I expected.

  It’s good just be aware of the guac. And also I would steer away from this area between the hours of 7- basically the nighttime. Cringey kids will come through revving up their Toyotas and Hondas, sitting in the parking lots basically camping out there. Just save yourself the second hand embarrassment. Other than the outside environment of it, the actual place itself is amaze ballz.

  I had a very frustrating experience at this Chipotle location today. From the beginning, I asked the associate how the kids’ meal worked because I wanted three tacos. The restaurant was extremely loud, and I was never clearly informed about how the kids’ meal worked or what came with it. As I proceeded through the line, I communicated what I wanted, but there was no clear confirmation of my order. After scanning my phone and paying, I noticed that I had not received the items that came with the kids’ meal, such as the side and drink, so I had to ask about those items myself. Then I looked at my actual food and realized that I had multiple sides but only two tacos—even though I had clearly stated from the beginning that I wanted three tacos. I asked to speak with the manager because I wanted to explain what happened and have her look at my food so she could see for herself what I was talking about. She refused to look at my food. When I asked for her name, she also refused to provide it. Instead of trying to understand the situation or help resolve the issue, she became defensive and told me that she had been working there for three years and that I did not know what I was talking about. The frustrating part is that I specifically asked how the kids’ meal worked at the beginning. I also clearly stated that I wanted three tacos. Had the associate simply explained the meal and confirmed my order, this entire situation could have been avoided. I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed because I was made to feel as though I was the problem, when I was simply trying to receive the food I had ordered and understand what came with the meal I purchased. Management should seriously address the lack of communication and the way this situation was handled. A customer asking questions about their order should not be met with defensiveness, refusal to verify the food, or refusal to provide a name when a manager is asked for it.

  How is this location still open? In fact how is this whole chain still open? You’re better off getting lunch at PetSmart.
