  Very rude staff, i have seen the reviews and found that i am not at all wrong. Teach the staff how to speak... ,they are extremely rude.. This was an extremely disappointing experience. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made the entire visit uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. On top of that, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Chipotle locations, and the food quality was poor in comparison. It honestly didn’t feel like the same standard the brand is known for. I left frustrated and unsatisfied. I would strongly recommend that Chipotle customers avoid this location and consider visiting a different branch instead.

  Nothing about the food is authentic. And I've been to ones that didn't guacamole and didn't even know what horchata was.

  Never really thought I'd need to leave a review on a fast food restaurant. Probably my first time ever. This place is generally horrible. I snapped when the lady pouring the beans on my burrito bowl was carefully scooping very little amounts. Like seriously, the beans?? After seeing her give terrible portion sizes on the beans, I knew the rest were going to be worst. I got the al pastor chicken and was barely given any chicken. I then wanted to use my free queso reward which expired the same day along with redeeming my reward points for chips. Register lady said I couldn't combine orders. I asked to charge the chip separately and was told no... Alright then. I would've snapped yesterday if I didn't have such a great day beforehand. Took the L and paid for the bag of chips even though I already redeemed the rewards with my points. Will never come back here and stick to the GREAT Old Orchard location. I actually never experienced Chipotle hoing on the portion sizes until this location. This is prime location too.. sucks the owner is terrible.

  I highly recommend going to the chipotle in park ridge for this location. The service was horrible. I ordered a double meat burrito online. When I picked the order up, the burrito felt light. I asked the cashier if there was double meat in it. The cashier started laughing and said “I don’t know, man”. She then asked if I wanted to speak to a manger. I said yes. I asked Marco, the manager, if there was double meat. He asked if I opened the burrito up. He proceeded to open the burrito and say “there is meat all across the bottom”. To my understanding, any size burrito has meat across the bottom. He then started laughing when I told him single meat burritos also have meat across the bottom to which he refused to answer any more questions. The experience was so poor I don’t think I’ll be eating chipotle again.
