I felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Customer service matters, and no one should feel uncomfortable enough to walk out before even placing an order. I went in to try to honey chipotle, which did taste good, but the little tiny portion this employee poured me was so small you would think they were paying for the Chicken themselves. The portion didn’t even cover the surface of the scooper….I commented that the portion was very small so they added a couple more pieces. I know it’s probably not their own fault and it’s likely the manager that’s telling them to skimp out because the owner is grilling them on costs but it’s gotten ridiculous. There are two other locations near by that I’ll be going to instead of this location but I may just give up on the brand in general.
