I was waiting for my stuff and watched a worker put a piece of cheese by the mobile order pick up. Laughing like it was a joke or something. I don’t see how hiding cheese to rot inside of a restaurant is a joke, but this place is obviously not being run great if the employees think it’s okay to do this. Do better management.
Everybody in here is super nice, my order always comes out fast, and they sometimes give me an extra munchkin when I get a small pack! This is the best Dunkin in the area. I’d always recommend them out of all of the coffee places nearby :)
There was a girl behind the counter with another girl on her back while they were working laughing and joking while the other workers were filming. It’s not funny, the girl on the back had her feet up by the counter, it was just weird. Very unprofessional. Do that when nobody is around. Not when you have people in the drive thru and people in your store waiting for drinks. She was carrying the girl around and making drinks. Ridiculous.
I don’t even know where to start. They got my order completely wrong and when I brought it up, it felt like no one cared. Instead of paying attention to customers, several employees were standing around goofing off and scrolling on their phones and talking while there were people waiting for their food and drinks. The level of customer service was incredibly low and disappointing. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and completely ignorant of what was going on around them. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple order right or to at least receive basic respect. If management cares about their business, they need to train their employees to focus on customers instead of their phones and take responsibility when mistakes happen. There are plenty of other places that value peoples time and money, and I as long as other people will be choosing one of those in the future. I saw a line of drinks waiting to be made while these kids were goofing off. Absolutely ridiculous.

Around 8:45pm on 7-24-26 I walked in to grab a bottled milk. While waiting to pay I watched the drive-through gal put her bare hand over the top of some sort of pink drink that had no lid, to hold the ice in while pouring some out to make room for the foam/cream topping, putting a lid on and passing it through the window. I get training sometimes is lacking, but that was super obvious and if she didn't keep wiping her hands on her pants, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. I am just passing through, I don't want or need anything from this, just leaving an honest review for the owner/manager to have some accountability for better training. Who knows, maybe this state has more relaxed health code practices? At the same time, I will say the place wasn't super dirty overall, and the people working were friendly.
