  Ordered boneless wings and they were fried almost burnt . The consistency was dry and hard ill never order boneless again

  For the last year they have been going down hill. They didn't add half the toppings I asked for. (Yes I should have checked). The fries were hot, fresh, and good. The cashier was very moody.

  The person behind the counter with beard should be wearing a beard net when preparing food. They should also wash the cutting blade to cut sandwiches rather than using the paper they place inside your sandwich container to clean the blade of what appears to be something similar to thousand island dressing. The attitude of this person acted like they didn’t wanted to be there. Was never greeted and sounded so annoyed. When I left they treated the next customer much better than me. I did nothing wrong to be treated like this. Was gonna ask for a refund. As for the cheesesteak, barely a drop of mayo was added. This location seems to have the most unhappy people working here. This is my last visit to any Charlie’s.
