    This "freaky fast" restaurant has made me wait a MINIMUM 5 minutes at the window. The worst time was more than 15. I've been trapped in the drive thru and late returning to work on lunch. Won't be back

    This location is a joke! The store manger Payton is rude, condescending, unprofessional and just outright needs to seek another profession aside from dealing with the public. I ordered a sandwich that was part of a promotion going on at the time. When attempting to pay I obviously noticed the discrepancy in price. The young cashier at the window didn’t know how to finalize the transaction. He called for Payton. Payton comes to the window and asks “what’s the problem” no hello or greeting. He proceeds to make the interaction worse by being unprofessional and even tried to blame me for not stating the sandwich on promo. That clearly wasn’t the case which is why the cashier ask for his help. He gives much of a racist vibe. Clearly this isn’t his first run in. Seems as though the company doesn’t take these reviews seriously because obviously he’s still there. You have definitely lost this customer. We don’t spend money where our dollar is valued! Do BETTER JIMMY JOHNS !!!

    Extremely slow service, took around 7 minutes to get my sandwich as the ONLY customer in the store. Dont come here if you dont have a lot of time for lunch.

    Payton gave my husband a very sloppy sandwich, didn’t cut it and it was poorly made and poorly wrapped. He was rude and asked me what was he there for. We came back and wanted another sandwich done correctly, and they said “that should be fine to get another one” when I pulled up, he let them know it was sloppy. He took the sandwich balled it up and tossed it very aggressively with his hands in the garbage and then he never washed his hands. He gave him the food with no bag. He went to park. We saw him give all the white customers bags so he asked for a full refund.
