  Payton gave my husband a very sloppy sandwich, didn’t cut it and it was poorly made and poorly wrapped. He was rude and asked me what was he there for. We came back and wanted another sandwich done correctly, and they said “that should be fine to get another one” when I pulled up, he let them know it was sloppy. He took the sandwich balled it up and tossed it very aggressively with his hands in the garbage and then he never washed his hands. He gave him the food with no bag. He went to park. We saw him give all the white customers bags so he asked for a full refund.

  Couldn't order Italian sandwich on wheat because apparently the 'wheat bread only burns' when toasted. Like, what?! Then couldn't order a large sandwich on wheat because they only have one size. The lady who took our order asked the same questions three times each. She needed the manager to come help her understand my boyfriend's slight accent.

  It’s been a trend that JJ’s sandwich makers aren’t what they used to be, but this store in particular is very slow with the sandwich making. Order ahead at least 30 minutes if you expect to get a pickup order anywhere close to a rush time. Food is usually fine, only occasional issues with “extra” toppings requests.

  I love me a quick JJ pitstop. But this location was not quick. SUPER slow. And the guts of my sandwich were half outside of the bread and smeared everywhere. Come on, guys; if it's gonna be slow, at least make it right!
