  Yo wtf they doing at this chipotle, I got 3 massive chunks of mystery meat, I got 1 big chunk of fatty tissue, 1 big chunk of avocado skin, and an unevenly cut slice of onion might as well be an onion ring at that point, and don’t get me started on the chips, you can make a roulette out of them, one chip will be dry with no salt and the next will make your teeth fall out, I’ve had many issues here and I’ve let it slide but this is out of hand now, if the people here aren’t trained properly I very much suggest you take yourself and whoever else to go eat elsewhere

  The most disgusting Chipotle I've ever seen. Walked in and looked like toddlers ate at every table and on the floor. Turned immediately around and left. Yuck. No one was in line and workers just moving slow and looking at us. Gave me enough time to convince my party this place is gross. I should've took pictures.

  The portions were honestly way too large. The staff added so much lettuce that they were struggling to wrap my burrito, and it ended up being a huge mess with the sauces dripping out. My boyfriend’s burrito was the same way. I appreciate getting a good amount of food, but the portions were so excessive that the burritos were difficult to eat and enjoy making my hands and around my mouth covered in sauces looking like I don’t know how to eat and it was embarrassing and made me upset with my pregnancy hormones.

  Staff was really nice, and I don't mean to be picky, but my burrito was a hot mess. The girl didn't hear it up, and the top and bottom were spilling open making it super messy to eat. Even before that though the foil wasn't even completely covering the burrito and was dripping on its way to the register. If I hadn't said anything they would have just put it like that in the bag. Kind of disappointed, might just stick to the yorkville location even though its 15 mins from me vs this location being 2 mins away

  This location is very dirty. I’m not sure what happened to the days where gloves were changed out routinely. I watched the lady use the same pair of gloves to ring someone out at the register, go to the back to grab cups, then proceed back to the line to make orders.
