  DO NOT ORDER HERE LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS- Worst Chipotle order i ever had anyplace - the rice was like eating rocks - barley any "steak" in my steak burrito - weird roll wrap on the burrito not the usual burrito look, I will NEVER order here again - FOOD SMASHED IN THE BAG - like no one cares at all - new place - with the worst food EVER What s Shame

  I would wait about 5-6 more months before you come here. You can easily tell that all the employees are brand new. It wasn’t even super busy, and things were not running well. The ice machine was just dumping ice all over the floor. A lot of the ingredients were to the point of being empty, like they should have been replaced immediately. All the employees looked to be 18-25 years old. They do need employees with experience. I will not be coming back for a while.

  I understand this place is new, but good God they are absolutely unprofessional and incapable of doing their job. Went through the drive thru, the guy tells me he doesn't have our order. I show him the order on the phone, then he goes "oh I'm sorry I gave your order away." Ok fine, he makes me a new order. I get home to open it up. He made me the wrong order. We ordered 2 bowls and only received 1, which is not the ingredients we even ordered. So now my wife goes back. One girl behind the counter proceeds to laugh at my wife two separate times after she told the girl behind the counter this isn't a laughing matter. The only thing offered was a bag of chips or drink for wasting 1/2 hour of our lunchtime. Then after getting home, both bowls had the smallest amounts of protein they could possibly scoop in there. Not a good start. Irritating that people can't do the simplest of tasks. This happened 7/10/26 in between 11:30 and noon.

  I just visited this location (Montgomery)for the first time. As I was awaiting for my car to fixed I had time to observe. I was there in the afternoon and the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, the service was fast and the food was great! What I observed is a staff that worked very well together. The back line knew what the front line needed before it was requested. When something was requested they were quickly on it. All the employees were welcoming with smiles and pleasant greetings! They also made sure the dining area was maintained and clean.

  July 2026 update Going to raise to 5 stars. Tried them again, this time for pickup and now that’s a bowl. Made perfect. Let’s hope they’ve ironed out the issues. June 2026 Review I hate to be overly critical of a new location, however they need to work on portion control. Staff, super friendly and welcoming but portions need improvement. As a frequenter of Chipotle, I have experienced great bowls and not so great bowls. Very meager portion on the rice, beans and many items waiting to be refilled despite not being busy inside. Black beans, steak, fajitas and sour cream all needed to be refilled. I will be back in the future to try this location again and will happily increase my review if the grand opening growing pains have been solved.
