  I always go thru the drive thru and always have quick and friendly service no matter which Dunkin I am at. This morning I was at the one in Monee IL. They have 2 drive thru lanes and both had at least 5 cars in front of me when I pulled up. I placed my order and pulled up to pay. She handed me my coffee and said, "our system is down. Thank you for being a Dunkin customer". As I drove off, I thought of how many other companies would have closed or did manual receipts. Instead they have out "SURELY" thousands of dollars worth of product. WTG DUNKIN!!! YOU WON ME OVER!!!

  This location is awful. The donuts and most munchkins are always stale yet the chocolate munchkins are always soggy. The workers constantly cut you off and try to rush you through the ordering process. They’re rude at the window as well and will slam the window shut before you can ask for things or even get all your items. The drinks are never consistent and the food has never been above mediocre at best.

  Everytime I have came to the drive through without doing an on the go order, I get to the window to pay and my order mysteriously disappears and they say it was never entered then I'm ignored while they continue to take orders and I'm sitting at the window. They need to be more respectful of customers and realize what the hell they are doing so orders are corrected. Absolutely ridiculous every time I go.

  I was here yesterday after work around 5 PM getting a Matcha latte and the woman taking my order seemed to have an attitude. I was on the phone with someone at the time and they overheard her aggressive voice. Then I asked the polite guy at the window if there was cold foam on my drink. He may have been new because he asked her if there was cold foam on the drink and her response was very aggressive, I was shocked and felt so bad for him. I do not know who she was. I use to work in fast food so just because someone name is on the receipt doesn’t necessarily mean they were the person taking the order but I do hope she has a better day moving forward. My drink was good.
