  We ordered early on the app. This girl hands us food and walks away so we just wait for them to come back and when they come back they ask why we are still here. We told them they forgot our drinks and they were like you didnt have any drinks so we hand them our receipt and I kid you not, while my niece is eating the food while waiting This girl goes oh we gave you the wrong food and takes it back and we had to sit another 15 min for our food which was STILL incorrect. Had to drive back. And honestly its so frustrating because someone honked at us at the window like we were the problem. No wonder its a rating of 2.4 smfh incompetence at McDonald's is crazy.

  every single time i go here my food is either wrong or i don't receive half of my order. i stopped by because i didn't want food from my work, i ordered and waited a good 10 mins til I got to the window. i then had to wait a few more mins, and when i got my food i was missing a sandwich and my fries are stale and cold. definitely been sitting in the warmer too long. ridiculous.

  Tried going at 5:20am through the drive through, and no one answered but 2 cars were ahead of us. We went back around to try again and still nothing. We pulled off and seen an employee through the window doing absolutely nothing. This has happened a few times. If you are going to work, then please correctly do your job.
