  My drive thru experience was one of the worst of my life. The customer service person taking and dealing with my order could have cared less that I was there. I ordered a tuna salad sub but instead got an onion salad sub (if that is even a thing, look at picture below.) Given their high prices and small sandwiches you would think you would get a quality sandwich. The sandwich quality was extremely awful. The tuna sub had more onion than tuna and the bacon of the BLT was all chewy fat and no flavor. I will be avoiding Jimmy John's from now on due to high cost and low quality. Another example of a poor sandwich, the #15 Club Tuna, you get more cheese than tuna meat in our area.

  Great customer service! I placed a delivery order tonight which ultimately got stolen by an Uber Eats driver. The manager working this evening (Wednesday, 5/13 at 7 - 8 pm) was very helpful and even remade my order despite this incident being no fault of Jimmy John’s. I unfortunately did not catch the manager’s name, but appreciate his helpfulness and the customer service he provided. The food was great, as always! Highly recommend and appreciate the employees going above and beyond for me.

  I love a place that knows how to bring the flavor! I recently tried the Spicy Italian here, and it is officially my new favorite—it has the perfect kick! When I’m looking for something a bit lighter, their Beach Club Unwich is also top-tier. The ingredients are always fresh, and the store is spotless. Love having such a high-quality sandwich shop so close by. Great job to the team here!
