    Food was so greasy and smelled so bad that neither my husband nor I could eat it. :( We were there on Saturday around 2pm. Wasted $33.

    One car ahead of me - empty lobby - took us 20 minutes in the drive thru. We got 2 medium classic meals - soda is awful - food is cold - and the window employee Tori made sure to rudely tell us that they need to know we had a coupon at the ordering speaker because she had to rering it up. We NEVER come to Arby’s and chose to do so because of receiving the coupons in the mail. Do better yall.

    As we walked into the store an employee was yelling and putting down another employee while customers that were in drive thru had to come in because their orders were wrong. At that point we turned around and left.
