- DJDalia JaberAug 26, 20261.0first of all, i ordered a latte with pumpkin and hazelnut, i tried the drink and it had no syrup so i went in to get my drink fixed, a man at the counter told me he would remake it for me. I watched him start making it VERY carelessly, and quickly, coffee splatter went flying, and while he was being reckless and trying to get making the drink over with, he was yelling across to other coworkers things about customers like “he doesn’t know what he wants you got to tell him”, making fun of a customer at the window making a decision, very unwelcoming. Then the man proceeded to call someone a slur, the R word, referring to a customer. This is no way to act, horrible customer service. I got my drink back and he gave me a size larger then i ordered as if he was “hooking me up”, so i tasted the drink and it tasted like soap/perfume, which makes me think about the unsanitary conditions my drink was made in. Also, my brother went in there to get a drink and he saw that she screen was already asking for a tip, when the employee explained that that was from the last person, and to get rid of the tip screen, he didn’t press the x, but added a two dollar tip from the previous person. We will absolutely NOT be returning to this location.

Service is always tip top and fast. You'd think because it's a coffee chain that all the dunkins make the coffee the same but in my experience that is not true. I stopped in today while I was in the area because they just don't make it like other DDs. I love this Dunkin so much. The employees are happy and amazing with their customers. And it shows when their regulars walk in, everything is just up beat and happy. Everyone's happy to be here and I think this atmosphere is unlike any other. Cheers to whomever runs this store, you're killin it
