  I visited this Domino’s on Friday after being unable to place an order online or through the app, so I called the store directly. I was told my card was declined, yet the charge immediately appeared on my account. When I explained this and went to the store for help, I expected basic customer service. Instead, I was met with some of the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced. I calmly explained the issue to the manager, Kyla, and she refused to even give me the time of day. She walked away while I was speaking and showed zero interest in helping resolve a problem caused by their own system. That level of disrespect from someone in a management position is unacceptable. Another employee, Jake, began speaking over everyone and added more confusion rather than helping solve anything. No one could give me a straight answer, no one took accountability, and no one seemed to care that I had already been charged. To make matters worse, I still wanted food, so I was forced to pay a second time just to place my order. I also asked for the manager’s name and was told they were “not allowed” to provide it, which was clearly false. I am still waiting for my original refund, and the way I was treated was absolutely terrible. Rude, dismissive, disorganized, and completely unprofessional staff. If this is how management handles customers, it is no surprise the store is such a mess.

  This dominos gets 5 stars!! They always make the pizza the way I want it and it’s always ready right when I come in. Very nice people who work here too!

  This is always our go-to for Gluten Free pizza on a budget as it costs over $100 anywhere else. For whatever reason, the girl ringing me up, whether she was talking to the coworker next to her or herself out loud said, “Paying $50 for 4 GF pizzas you must be out of your mind. I ain’t never pay that kind of money.” It was directed at me but how is that appropriate to say in the customer’s presence. Say it when I leave, if you have to say it. I didn’t say anything as the entire staff present seemed to be entirely of teenagers/young adults and my complaint would just be laughed off as I walked away. So, probably going to be awhile or ever that I go to this Domino’s which we loved for its more budget friendly option for a family that has to stick to GF. For now on we will save our money and splurge on the more expensive option as those establishments always seem to really enjoy and appreciate our business. And, I would suggest the same for any other family thinking of going here and not wanting to possibly be mocked for spending money on a product that is your budget friendly option.

  I’ve ordered twice from this Domino’s location in recent weeks. The first time, the website wasn’t working so I called in the order. When the woman answered I said “Hi, I’d like to place an order for delivery”, she responded with “Yeah I know, what do you want?” as if it was the most absurd thing she’d ever heard. I thought maybe it was just a busy/stressful night because there was a deal going on and let it be. That order was delivered without a problem and the food was good. Tonight I ordered again, the delivery driver called to let me know he was here as I specified in my order because I live in a condo building. I told him I would be right down to meet him. I grabbed my cash, went downstairs, and I was walking out the door I saw him driving away. I called Domino’s and asked why he was leaving. I was met with the same rude attitude as the last time I ordered. “Yeah I canceled your order, you were taking too long” I said I live on the third floor I told him I would be right down! It couldn’t have been more than 3 minutes. She said “he said it was a prank” I said it wasn’t a prank can I please have my pizza?? I was then placed on hold and a few minutes later (longer than I took to get downstairs ironically) she came back on the line and told me the driver was turning around. The driver was pleasant and the food was good. I understand that working with the public can be challenging as I also work with people for a living….but I would be fired if I spoke to people the way that woman on the phone did. If you hate your job you should do something else. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
