  I ordered my drinks the car in front of me got my drinks, had Em in their car for approximately 2 minutes and then they give it back to the person at the window. I see them. Put my drinks on the counter and then try to pass them off to me at no point in time. Once somebody else takes custody of the drinks, should they be given back to them? And then given off to another customer, in case there is cross-contamination, or if they drug or poison it, I ask for new drink. And they made it which that's okay.But why would you think it'd be okay to pass a drink back off to the next customer

  Update- forgot to mention they also take your order when there are still 10 cars ahead of you and with no where to exit once in the drive thru, you’re stuck waiting 45 minutes for 1 drink. SUPER SLOW Waited in line for 45 minutes when the line was 10 cars deep and didn’t end up getting my drink. Workers were just talking to each other the whole time. Lazy. Save your time and go to the Dunkin across the street, would never come back

  i am a pretty regular customer and i have went twice so far and had a horrible experience with who i believe is named Paige, blonde girl. She was rude and disrespectful toward me and a customer paying over $8 a drink. on top of that there’s 3 cars in the drive through and it still took like 20 min to even receive my one drink. truly what are these employees doing inside the building other than making orders? because there’s no reason making one drink for each car should have taken more than 5-10 min

  I am a nurse and went to get a drink here a few weeks ago. I was given the medical responder discount. Today I went and when I asked and gave them my badge, I was cut off and told that nurses don’t count on the discount and it’s only for police officers, paramedics, and firefighters. It was explained by the employee it’s because “corporate is cracking down on giving out discounts and that I shouldn’t have been given a discount.” Not sure how corporate will find out what you do medically and if you are going to give out a medical responder discount please be consistent. Just kind of seemed like an excuse from the employee for inconsistency and they were honestly really rude about it. This ruined my day, especially with nurses week coming up in a few days it was a slap in the face. Will no longer support this location.

  I waited in line with only two cars ahead of me, so I expected a quick experience. Unfortunately, two employees were engaged in a personal conversation with someone a couple of cars ahead and held up the entire line for about 10–12 minutes. When I finally received my order, the drink was completely wrong—it looked like a cup of plain milk rather than coffee. I had specifically asked for an extra shot, but there was no indication it was added. To make matters worse, I found a piece of hair in the drink. When I asked the employee to confirm whether the extra shot had been added, she simply said “yeah” and walked away without addressing the issue. Overall, the lack of professionalism, long wait time, incorrect order, and cleanliness concerns made for a very frustrating experience.
