  We ordered a deep dish to go. Therefore I cannot comment on the atmosphere. However, the deep dish was not even warm in the middle. The dough was very weird in regards to texture. I was expecting more ingredients inside the pizza compared to other Giordano's that I have ordered at. Customer service was weird. I believe it was the manager, he came off as very egotistic. I wasn't asking for a free pizza, I wasn't even asking for a refund..... I just did not understand the attitude. I'm going to make a strong assumption that he has never been out in the real world. 😂

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. We came in with our small children looking forward to a family meal. When our pizza came out, it was extremely doughy. So much so that parts of it were borderline inedible. I politely asked if it could be cooked a little longer, which I didn’t think was an unreasonable request. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager raised his voice and began cursing in front of my children. No customer should be treated that way, especially over a simple request to finish cooking a pizza properly. I’m not sure what the manager has going on personally, and I genuinely hope everything is okay, but that doesn’t excuse speaking to customers like that. There is never a reason to yell or use profanity in front of families. I wasn’t looking for anything for free. I just wanted a pizza that was fully cooked. Unfortunately, the way we were treated completely overshadowed the meal. I can’t recommend a place where customers, especially families with young children, are treated with that level of disrespect.

  Spent $83 and disappointed with both the food and customer service. I understand mistakes happen, but professionalism matters. After receiving a pizza via delivery that wasn’t prepared correctly, my husband contacted the manager for a replacement or refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he was rude and dismissive. While waiting for a replacement pizza that we had to drive and pick up ourselves, the manager stated he didn’t care about reviews or what people thought because they’d “been in business for years.” Customer service like that is unacceptable. We had neighbors over that night who witnessed the experience and said they would not return either. We definitely won’t be back and will also be getting in touch with corporate. Bad attitudes in smalls towns won’t get you far very long.

  The food was over cooked, much more than advertised. When I called in the manager was extremely condescending and had the most arrogant attitude overall. I got upset and endeo up going in there. We got into a verbal argument, I told him about how his reviews online say that his customer service is lacking. He's extremely rude and very arrogant to customers and disrespectful. His response was I don't care what anybody writes about me, We have been in business for a long time and we will continue to stay in business whether people like my personality or attitude. I was actually thrown back by this comment and him raising his voice like he was about to get up and try to start a fight. They don't care about your opinions. He also made that very clear. It wouldn't surprise me if this place shuts down in the next year or two after reading all the reviews. I don't even know how this place pays rent on the building with customer service they give out. I've spoke to quite a few people in my neighborhood and around town after the incident and they said they will never order from that place again with that management and ownership that's in there. It's a shame because when you burn bridges in a small town you can get put out of business quick.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered 2 pizzas and one of them arrived completely burnt. When we called to address the issue with the manager, he instantly gave us attitude and said “that’s how it’s supposed to look.” We then said that we would be leaving a bad review and the manager said “we don’t care about bad reviews, we’ve been in business for years.” We will never order from this place again and we will be informing EVERYONE we know to also not order from here.
