I am a funeral director and received notification of a death call while en route to the restaurant. I tried cancelling my order immediately, but was told by the AI chatbot that it couldn't be done because it had already been sent to the restaurant. So, I tried calling, and was told that, because the workers had already begun preparing my order, they couldn't cancel. So, I'm out $32, but Chipotle lost a customer that ordered religiously 1-2 times a week.
