  This chipotle location has to be one of the worst places anyone could ever choose to eat at. Every time I come here the employees are usually so rude. The only good experience I had was with a new hire. I don’t know why it’s so hard to be nice especially when your customers are nice back. I get it, working in food service can get obnoxious and annoying especially when it comes near closing time, or when customers are rude. But can we at least try to be half way decent to the nice customers like seriously how hard is that? The only reason I continue to come back is because it’s one of the only places that’s not too far or unhealthy that’s open past 10pm which is when I usually get off from my job. I came through the chipotle pick up lane tonight to pick up my food after work. When I got there this girl gave me the most nastiest look for about 10 seconds and acted like I was doing something wrong for simply coming to pick up my order. She didn’t open the window she just stared at me. I was very uncomfortable and confused. I placed my order about 30 minutes before coming to pick it up, so the only reason I can think of why I got the dirtiest look known to man is because it did start storming when I started to head to the chipotle. I understand it can be annoying and frustrating when customers come in through the drive thru when it’s raining, except this location is completely covered so there’s not even a reason to get upset at that? I also turned off my wipers so I wouldn’t get an employee wet. I’m just so fed up with all the terrible experiences I have had here and that was my last straw. I don’t expect any of you to do anything because that dining room is disgusting, filled with over filled trash, un clean tables, and an always un-organized drink area. How hard is it to have someone wipe down tables or empty the trash when it’s full? Not very hard because it takes about 5-10 minutes. Especially considering the small size of this location. You guys are very rude and unprofessional people. Do better.

  I love chipotle don’t get me wrong, but I asked for one kids quesadilla and I get two, they don’t even give me the sides at least for the other kids quesadilla, I was never asked if I wanted a receipt, the only time I knew had paid for two is when I got home and saw how much they charged me and opened the bowl they put the quesadilla in.

  My food was cold, they didn't have the order correct and tried to correct me over checking their order tag... For a first time at Chipotle, wasn't impressed at all

  This place is a total joke! The staff is totally unprofessional. They are always running out of food like lettuce and CHEESE. What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of cheese?

  The lady in front of me and was being very rude to staff. We went up and me and my mother both have a gluten allergy and they changed their gloves immediately. They were very polite to us and had more patience than most other restaurants to put up with the lady in front of us. Very good food that was given quickly. It is rare that a restaurant is this good would 100% recommend.
