  I go to this place for lunch 2-3 times every week. The quantity they give is half the quantity compared to other locations. They charge the same as other locations. They need to show some respect to customers. This location is a shame for this famous chain. If you look through the comments you can see lot of same complaints. They didnt improve means they dont care about custoners or customer reviews. So bad. What about if we pay half the price shown for the item, will you accept.

  Drive 20 minutes to a different chipotle. They give you the absolute smallest portions I’ve ever seen. I mean c’mon what business is going to skimp on rice. You pay $3 extra bucks for queso and they put a 1/4 scoop on your food and tell you you’re shit outta luck because they don’t have anymore ready. Terrible.

  I know they're stingy with giving out food, but I didnt know they were also stingy on aluminum foil. Couldn't wrap my burrito completely, it was cold by the time I got to eat it.

  This chipotle location has to be one of the worst places anyone could ever choose to eat at. Every time I come here the employees are usually so rude. The only good experience I had was with a new hire. I don’t know why it’s so hard to be nice especially when your customers are nice back. I get it, working in food service can get obnoxious and annoying especially when it comes near closing time, or when customers are rude. But can we at least try to be half way decent to the nice customers like seriously how hard is that? The only reason I continue to come back is because it’s one of the only places that’s not too far or unhealthy that’s open past 10pm which is when I usually get off from my job. I came through the chipotle pick up lane tonight to pick up my food after work. When I got there this girl gave me the most nastiest look for about 10 seconds and acted like I was doing something wrong for simply coming to pick up my order. She didn’t open the window she just stared at me. I was very uncomfortable and confused. I placed my order about 30 minutes before coming to pick it up, so the only reason I can think of why I got the dirtiest look known to man is because it did start storming when I started to head to the chipotle. I understand it can be annoying and frustrating when customers come in through the drive thru when it’s raining, except this location is completely covered so there’s not even a reason to get upset at that? I also turned off my wipers so I wouldn’t get an employee wet. I’m just so fed up with all the terrible experiences I have had here and that was my last straw. I don’t expect any of you to do anything because that dining room is disgusting, filled with over filled trash, un clean tables, and an always un-organized drink area. How hard is it to have someone wipe down tables or empty the trash when it’s full? Not very hard because it takes about 5-10 minutes. Especially considering the small size of this location. You guys are very rude and unprofessional people. Do better.
