I've only had my order correct 20% of the time in the past 2 years.. if its not the coffee being BURNT beyond belief or my sandwich MISSING the top part of the bagel.. or them just giving me a croissant after my order clearly says "RAISIN BAGAL", its anything with these people.. then the manager says ill provide you a free sandwich for messing up your orders and continues to mess up a FREE SANDWICH.. Once again missing my sauce then when i bring it back because it missing sauce the put the BBQ sauce on it and not even the chipotle sauce.. please get a better way of labeling product or just some actual competent workers... like how do you run a business after screwing people over everyday.. I've gone to this establishment almost every day for the past 5 years for the meal deal and something has to change because it getting out of hand.... [I can only imagine people with a food allergy dealing with this nightmare...] Today i had my chipotle sauce missed and was given a croissant despite me clearly getting a raisin bagel in my order every day and it being clearly stated on a receipt if they just slowed down to read it.. and the lady almost entirely forgot to hand me my food bag after giving me my coffee she said "Have a nice day" without ever handing me my food... then gave it to me all wrong!!!.. Might have to change the Dunkin i go to every morning which is pretty sad since I've been going here for years now.. but I'm tired of spending hard earned money on people who genuinely have no care for there job!!!!!!
