- LBLisa Brean2 days ago1.0Arrived at 6:30 pm. Only one cashier open. Was in line over 20 minutes before they opened a second register. Several customers had problems with items ringing up a different price than what was listed ion the shelf. A “ manager” had to come over every time that occurred, making the wait time even longer. Carts were blocking the exit , including the motorized ones. Carts were packed into the corrals outside also. This store is usually good but it was horrible last night. That manager needs to go

I can get what I need without the hassle of walking around the store looking for everything. The one thing I dislike the most is their deli service, whether in person or through the app. Whenever I request my preferred ham and cheese, the ham is sliced too thick, even when I specifically ask for it to be thinly sliced. One time I requested it shaved, and what I received looked like ground beef (disgusting). Since I prefer the Boar's Head brand, I don't allow substitutions. Because of that, I'm sometimes told it's unavailable, so I don't receive my ham. However, one day I sent my husband to buy ham from another brand, and to our surprise, they did have the Boar's Head ham after all. Since this has happened repeatedly, it makes me wonder if the associates who fill the online orders don't enjoy handling the deli items. I really like shopping here, but I hope they improve the consistency and accuracy of their deli service. Other than that I like this particular store.
