The customer service has been consistently poor—staff seem unorganized and not attentive to customers. I usually place my orders online to save time, but even then I still end up waiting over five minutes past the pickup time, which defeats the whole purpose. On top of that, the quality hasn’t been great. My smoothie wasn’t properly blended and had chunks in it, which makes me question whether the recipes or instructions are being followed at all. It feels inconsistent and rushed.

Let’s just say before I left, Ramón’s AMAZING personality and attention to my oncoming sickness mixed with Jacob’s attention to my PICKY smoothie requests…I left smiling, laughing, and with a smoothie that tasted DELICIOUS. I was sure my smoothie would help me feel better (they told me I needed more in my smoothie than just multivitamin, I listened). They really turned a not-so-good day into a great day. I will continue to visit this location just to receive GREAT customer service.
