  I've been shopping at this jewel for more than 30 years. Today I go to the alcohol section I grab a six pack. There's a big blond woman staring at me like I stole something . She followes me to the register making sure I paid. I don't steal I don't ever steal.I have a job It's offensive. Don't they have 10000 Camaras in that place?

  Weird staff ... Some guy that works I'm guessing nightshift stocker is very weird he wears glasses ,middle aged man, short ,dark skin is always staring at me weirdly like if he has some kind of issue I'm kind of a regular I only really shop nights because I get out of work late and only have time to shop late, in one occasion I notice he is just staring at me for some odd reason and I stare back confused and he approaches me and says" question " ? But it doesn't sound like he wants to help ,sounds more like he was asking if there is a problem ? I'm guessing to him its a smart way of checking you but I can tell the difference between polite and sarcasm.. and I simply answered him with no . It has happened a couple times after that that he is literally just staring at me even from far away ; so uncomfortable,im literally just trying to get groceries and get out, was very strange like someone that thinks he is in the street or something very unprofessional and I work for customer service as well so I am very aware how you are supposed to treat customers . think it's time for me to shop somewhere else it's a shame jewel has very good products, deals and prices . P.s customer service is very important after all

  Purchased fruit snacks for my kiddos here. The jewel brand dinosaur ones. I opened some tonight and tossed a few in my mouth. Swallowed one and realized they were furry. I spit them out and realized they were moldy. Forced myself to puke up the other one and tossed all the unopen product. I’m so grossed out.

  Tina at self check out is weird acting like we wanted to steal 18.99 white claws when we had clearly scanned 60 worth of ice cream lol. Weird

  Worst service ever usually I go to Franklin park Jewel came to the customer service to purchase two IPass since Laura started helping I should it know she hates her job first I said Hi there no answer I accidentally sign the sheet on the wrong place she almost had a heart attack complaining with her OMG super upset I Told you here whats the big deal it’s a sheet of paper just crossed it out definitely not Coming back!! Laura definitely needs help with customer service
