- MMMaria Martinez2 days ago1.0I am very disappointed by the way I was treated at this store. Yesterday around 7:43 p.m. in Section 8, an employee reacted in a rude and disrespectful manner when I simply walked near him and politely said “sorry.” His attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and humiliated as a customer. I was also told that a manager would contact me today, the 28th, regarding my report, and I never received a call. Customers deserve respect and better treatment.

Items that should usually have a good shelf life I come home to find it’s expired. It absolutely ridiculous. You really need to do a better job at stocking your shelves and checking expiration dates! The price of groceries is expensive and to find it’s expired is very upsetting to say the least.

The store looked like it had a wide selection with good options. I appreciated being able to use self-checkout kiosks. I also like that I can track purchases using the Jewel-Osco app.
