- RJRonald Justin2 days ago5.0I couldn't sleep so I decided to head on over after seeing all the hype on TikTok. I got there around 5:30 a.m and so there was a short wait like 20 mins but better than waiting an hour, that's for sure. I tried the Iced Golden eagle coffee, it was pretty good. It reminded me of Caribou coffee. Staff was friendly and motivated. I'm sure after all they hype dies down and more Dutch Bros. open up in the Illinois area, that it will be much better. Good work with the cones and security opening week, smart.
- JTJuan Tapia4 days ago4.0Thanks to Dutch Bros Coffee for making a nearby location in Melrose Park. We went through the pick-up window, and it was really packed with people. It was Saturday, May 16 and we came here at 6:00. Left at 7:00 and I got a Large Dutch H20 with Kiwi, Lime, Coconut Milk and Soft Top. The line was long but so worth it. We will come back here. Thanks Dutch Bros!
- AMAndres Moncebaiz4 days ago2.0Waited over an hour for my first Dutch Bros Illinois experience at the Melrose Park location yesterday, and honestly, it was really disappointing. I love Dutch Bros and have had great experiences at locations in Nevada and Utah, so I was excited for this one. Unfortunately, the Golden Eagle tasted like plain coffee with almost no flavor or sweetness, and the other drinks we ordered were disappointing too. By the time we finally got our drinks and tried them, the line was way too long to even go back. I understand new locations have growing pains, but after that wait, the quality just wasn’t there. Hopefully they get things more consistent because I genuinely love the brand.
- TATony Ayala4 days ago5.0I have gone to many Dutch Bros locations and I’m glad someone finally brought it to Chicago. I didn’t go for stickers or keychains. I went for coffee because this coffee is the best I have found. I also like the custom soda flavors. It’s a bit of a drive for me but my only other option was Lafayette Indiana. The first day was crazy but 2-hours in line was not bad and it was surprisingly organized. Keep being awesome and pay no mind to the haters.

They were all so kind, energetic, and helpful! I can imagine how stressful opening day for a very popular coffee shop is, and they delivered! Special shoutout to one of the girls working named Brooke - I absolutely loved her energy! To top it off my drink was amazing! Cannot wait to come back and for more locations to come!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
