  Great coffee options but I waited over an hour to get my coffee and the line wasnt long at all for anyone to have to wait that ridiculous amount of time. Staff seemed all over the place and not really organized when taking orders for drive-thru. Their service isn’t what it was when they first opened but it took 35 mins for anyone to acknowledge me and come up to my window and another 30 mins just to get my coffee. Unfortunately these long wait times are the reason why Dutch Bros no longer crosses my mind as an option.

  I have been to many Dutch bros in the South , no complains , even to the one in crown point , and Rockford , newer locations , but they are indeed way faster than this place , this is the second time I'm trying the time of my arrival 8:34 , 20 minutes later I'm still in the same spot , this place needs to be retrained or something . They are by far the slowest . I'm screaming it. Slowest. Please do something.!!!!!!!

  Got the blended rebel. It was barely blended and tasted like water. No flavor at all. It’s like when you drink a slushie too fast and it doesn’t melt fast enough. Huge chunks of ice. The staff is mostly kids. Or barely adults. First time experience was great. Today terrible. Back in Oklahoma we had Dutch Bros but two lanes on the car side. The set up is terrible. They need a dedicated parking lot as well instead of taking up parking from other businesses.

  Golden eagle is yummy. It is sweet. I have mixed feelings about it and did learn that the amount of espresso is the same no matter the size. So as you go up in size you will need to add more espresso shots or else it will be more milk and not taste good. I've have great service each time I have gone. In the afternoon around 4:30 pm my wait time was about 20 to 30 minutes. Early in the morning around 7:30 my wait time was about 10 minutes.

  Anybody talking smack in these reviews just hate anything new. As someone from the west coast, this is EXACTLY what I have been wanting to come here. The rebels are amazing, the coffee is big and sweet, and everything is made easy. If you dont like sweet coffee and want to be a snob... Just dont come here. It's really not meant for you And surprise surprise, the pace that has a demand of 10000 customers an hour has associates who are stressed and make some mistakes!?! Its popular, give them some slack. If youre someone who demands excellence all the time and think youre the center of the world, then just come back when the hype dies down and more locations open. And leaving a bad review because the lines are long 🙄 its like leaving a concert a bad review because they sold too many tickets... Anyways, cant wait to see more of yall pop up! Go enjoy some coffee and get the blended fire lizard rebel! (My favorite)
