- ALAngel LewisJun 5, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location and was unable to even place an order due to the way I was treated by an employee. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the menu speaker for over five minutes. During that time, I repeatedly said "hello" but received no response. Assuming there may have been an issue with the speaker or that the employee could not hear me, I remained in line and slowly pulled forward to the window. There were cars both in front of me and behind me, so I was clearly waiting in the drive-thru line like everyone else. When I arrived at the window, the employee refused to take my order and claimed that I had "skipped the line." I calmly explained that I had been waiting at the speaker behind the other vehicles and had received no response despite waiting several minutes. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, the employee became dismissive, refused to provide his name when asked, and stated that he would not take my order. He then slammed the window shut and locked it. This level of customer service was rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. I was simply trying to place an order after waiting patiently in line. The employee's behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to prevent similar experiences in the future.
