  Slow line, I purchased ice cream cake and asked to pay at register in ice area, employee replied No. I had to hold heavy frozen cake far too long, only one (1) line almost out the door

  This Dunkin location consistently closes anywhere from 15-30 minutes early every single day. I’m talking doors locked, lights off. I get wanting to get out on time but don’t have mobile pick up on if your establishment is literally closed.

  I ordered a strawberry daydream and there was no strawberry only milk. It was horrendous i asked if they could remake but instead just gave me a small cup with the strawberry juice instead and still was not enough because it was a large cup of milk.

  Very inconsistent when making their coffee, you'll most likely not get what you actually ordered.

  We always have a great experience here. The cashiers are very friendly especially Destiny. She is always so patient while my kids order their own ice cream and she always remembers mine and my husband's order when we walk in. Very clean location, always stocked, very friendly staff.
