  The service here at this location is the absolute worst. Ever since the manager Jeff was relocated this place has no customer service whatsoever so ever. They have no care for the customer. There has been ( I can’t count how many ) times when I have waited at the front register for a service member to assist me and no one will come over for at least 5 min. And when they do they ( yes) not sorry for the delay or can I help you or how are we today can I take your order. Never hear that anymore. Many times I have just walked out. But today. I walked in waited at the counter for a few minutes then knocked on the counter and the same short woman I believe is a shift manager looked at me and turned away as she has done on many accounts, not saying a thing along with another employee as well. So I asked them “ are you really just going to look at me and turn away”. No response. They just looked at me and continued to ignore me. So I made my way out the door and went to Burger King. Where I Rule. ( lol) McDonald’s. You have got to train your employees and bring back customer service. Be more about your customers than your profit. And focus on the customers that actually park and walk in to take there time to visit your establishment instead of sitting in the drive thru. PS. And please clean your restaurant

  You're voicemail system doesn't let anybody leave the message it just says the voice mailbox is full. And the phone just rings and rings. You guys completely screwed up our order. Got the drinks wrong. We asked for two large Cokes you guys gave us diets. You messed up our kids meals. Both of them were supposed to be only ketchup and they have everything. The McChicken I got taste like rubber. You guys need to be contacting me for a refund or replacement. Horrible service

  Very dirty, uncleaned McDonald's is have been in from the dinning area to the mens room.

  Everytime I come here simple orders cannot be done would not recommend coming to this mcdonalds sadly.
