  First and last time for Jimmy Johns. Staff acted like they did not know what they were doing. Ordered tuna with extra tuna. Never asked what size, what bread, and what I wanted on the sandwich. No extra scoop of tuna, bread extremely hard, not cut in half and tuna smelled awful. Never ever again. Its Jersey Mikes for me from now on. Plus Lady behind the counter was telling boys they are making a lot of mistakes, well........very poor managing unfriendly staff

  Final straw. Food took 40 min after the app said it was out for delivery. Sandwich was a soggy mess, and incorrectly made. Soda was warm. I suppose should be grateful, because way too frequently they “don’t have a driver” or (yes) are “out of bread.” Franchisee should sell to someone that wants to give a positive customer experience. I’ve had my last bad experience with the store. Avoid this location like the plague, it’s likely the worst restaurant in McHenry.
