I ask her 3 times for a double wrap burrito before she understood what I said and they skipped out on the rice never see such little rice it was basically one scoop and when I asked for cheese the lady grab a hand full drip it all back in the container then grab a little pinch and sprinkle it on top and then load it with lettuce. When I usually order there they struggle to wrap it all in one burrito wrap but it easy fit in one wrap with even needing a second. Then they just slap on the second warp easily like it wasn’t needed. Never again I would rather just go to burrito express in fox lake. 08/21/2026 around 11:30 is when this catastrophic event took place.

Walked in about 10, an hour before close, and after standing there for a few seconds we’re greeted by a worker who looks like she’s having the worst day of her life. Just absolutely miserable. She didn’t say a single word to me, no friendly greeting or smile or anything. Just looked at me like I slapped her mom. She put my burrito together which was aparrently the burrito of despair and doom and gloom because she had a perpetual frown on her face. I’m sorry you probably hate your job because your pay is wack and you just want to get home because it’s late but at least try to pretend like you’re not miserable especially if you are going to be the one making food for the customers. The only redeeming quality was that the food was fine so it seems like a bit of attitude makes the food better.
