- JAJessica Albiter4 days ago1.0I ordered a bowl with steak, white rice, corn, salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream. It came with about four pieces of steak in a handful of corn kernels. The chips had nothing on them. ridiculous how much it cost.

I ordered on the app for delivery and received no silverware or napkins, and my bowl had about a quarter scoop of rice. This has happened consistently when ordering from this location and is not representative of other Chipotle locations I’ve visited. Honestly, I dread ordering food from this location every time because I already know there’s going to be some kind of messed up situation with the order. Whether it’s missing items, tiny portions, or long wait times, there always seems to be an issue. A few weeks ago I also stopped in to pick up an order and waited over 20 minutes past the pickup time, only to eventually walk out without my food. Meanwhile, employees were standing around talking instead of helping customers or getting orders out. Management seriously needs to improve the service and consistency at this location.

Worst chipotle i've been to by a long shot. They're usually stingy but my last experience here just secured the fact that i'll never be back.

Knowing the salad dressings tend to run out early at many chipotles in the area, I called to see if there was any left before ordering my salad. He kindly told me there were only two dressings left, and a popular item to order. Ricky assured me he is happy to make more to ensure I enjoy my salad tonight. In our country of fast food and fast money, it’s rare to find someone working who still goes above and beyond for their customers. Especially during a Friday night dinner rush where it’s easy to just say “sorry we’re all out for the night” Thank you Ricky! Chipotle’s lucky to have him!
