- SCScott Carson4 days ago1.0I’ve never stood at a chicfila where I waited 5-10 Pminutes for someone to even come the counter. Everything is focused on the drive-through, which is not really all that busy. And when they finally came to the counter, the girl waited on one of their employees to get her order instead of me. This is absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been in and I have been in them all over the country! Go to McDonald’s before you come to this place. Terrible!
- ILIa Lao4 days ago1.0One of my favorite items to get at chick-fil-a is the spicy deluxe sandwich. I am only writing this review because what I experienced today has never happened to me before at any other location. I was about 2 small bites into my sandwich and noticed that the tomato juice that was dripping out of my sandwich was a darker color than normal... I knew right away something was off. I looked through my sandwich and saw dirt on the lettuce (it was a lot...). Luckily I was eating in the parking lot so I went in and talked to the employees about it. One employee from the back came to the front thinking I was saying that the chicken was burnt but I said it was dirt. 💀So she took the sandwich to the back with her and I think it clicked with her that it was indeed dirt. I heard her call out someone's name. I'm sure she held this person accountable for not checking the lettuce. Everyone please always check your food before eating- I'm gonna start doing this now after this experience. Quite traumatizing, but I got a new sandwich after that with no dirt.
