  I ordered a pizza for delivery through the website. It states I ordered carryout. I DID NOT ORDER CARRYOUT. I ordered delivery. I called and after an hour noone has still picked up the phone. I will NEVER order from them again. I would give a zero if I could.

  Just had the worst experience possible here. Ordered a carry out that was suppose to be a delivery. Called to see if it was possible to change to delivery since I literally just had placed the order. Talked to a guy on the phone that said no we can’t do it since it’s already been made? I called him out on that because the order had to been placed and he then proceeds to hang up in my face as I was speaking. I called back and talked a to a so called “manger” that was very rude & disrespectful. I then made my way to that exact location to see who I was speaking too and to see if we can solve the issue at hand. From there it gotten worse. The so called manager used profanity towards me in all types of way. As I did exchange words back. Called both of them out on there bs and left. Those two idiots don’t deserve to serve the people of Mattoon.

  Placed an order and estimated pickup is between 6:47 and 6:57. I'm standing in the lobby at 7:12 and my order isn't even in the oven. No fault of the only employee working. She's busting her butt trying to get all the orders filled.

  Used to like papa johns but this my last time goin there no toppings and idk what kindergartener cut it ... and had to wait 15 minutes after the app said it was done best to just go villa pizza just

  Alex was EXTREMELY rude to my husband when he called in to ask if we could have a fresh pizza made as our order was going to be close to an hour late. She refused. While waiting for a dasher to pick up our order they dropped it which means now its going to be further out than an hour on a $50+ order... she was Adamant that our pizza sitting in the warmer for close to an hour was acceptable for our dinner tonight. a complaint was filed towards corporate because what do you mean your sending out pizza on the brink of the 1hr 30min timelime before you throw it out.. that means that youre willin gto give a almost expired pizza to a dasher instead of making sure a fresh hot pie is going out the door.... I hope to GOD nobody gets sick from her irresponsible actions.
