  This location is incredibly slow. Whether you are in drive thru, in person, or delivery. Even when ordering ahead it’s 15 minutes to wait sometimes more. Whoever is head manager of this place needs to hire more people instead of overworking their employees they do have. It’s very unpleasant to witness these employees working their tails off when they should have adequate staffing.

  Last 2 times I went through drive up Kerry gave me the wrong sandwich.

  Lovely service. Cashier was very nice, took money out his own wallet to give me change. Make sure to pay him extra!!!!!

  Big shout out to the Manager, Pat, for turning around my experience at JJs today. They were very busy in the store and the drive up. Wax paper, bread, and lettuce flying everywhere! (Not really lol). A small miscommunication had me waiting a bit longer than one should be for a sandwich. Add to that, I was in a hurry, but thats not their fault. As soon as Pat recognized the issue, he immediately made right. Big move, big thank you!! I think we all know that things have changed a lot over the years, not just at JJs. Needless to say, we may not 'freak' when we get our subs these days. It certainly is harder than it used to be to hire, train, and retain staff to be able to execute on company standards. Thanks so much for making it right for the customer today! Very much appreciated.
