    Big shout out to the Manager, Pat, for turning around my experience at JJs today. They were very busy in the store and the drive up. Wax paper, bread, and lettuce flying everywhere! (Not really lol). A small miscommunication had me waiting a bit longer than one should be for a sandwich. Add to that, I was in a hurry, but thats not their fault. As soon as Pat recognized the issue, he immediately made right. Big move, big thank you!! I think we all know that things have changed a lot over the years, not just at JJs. Needless to say, we may not 'freak' when we get our subs these days. It certainly is harder than it used to be to hire, train, and retain staff to be able to execute on company standards. Thanks so much for making it right for the customer today! Very much appreciated.

    I ordered delivery on the app and was placed at 1:20PM, I called twice asking about my order. First time I called over 40 minutes after 1:20PM. They told me they had 6+ deliveries. Around 2:45PM I called the second time, the delivery guy (himself) told me he gave it to an older guy with no shirt. However, I told him I didn’t receive it, he started to argue with me- I told him both of my neighbors are elderly women. And I asked for a manager. As I was on hold for 7 minutes, manager came on the line and was very short and rude to me and ensure the driver had gone to the right address and gave it to someone there, but told me he would remake it and send it and call me to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I will be upfront, I gave no tip on the app, (which is why I think I was treated poorly) however, it was a hand to me- delivery and I had a CASH TIP. I had never had issues with this store. I will say I am very upset and deeply disappointed in how this was handled and how I was treated. I hope this finds the right person!

    Sandwiches are generally well made and orders done correctly. A lot of times the service is painfully slow though. Took almost 15 minutes to get in and out of the drive thru yesterday.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. My order was placed at 11:04 am.... My order was FINALLY delivered at 2:05. Now it says delivered and there is no order in sight. Just ridiculous for an overpriced cold sandwich.
