- JCJason Cunningham6 days ago2.0My group bought 4 cheese dips and there was barely any cheese in any of them. What a rip off. This is not the first time they have done this. It happened the last time we were here and I just thought it was a one time thing and just blew it off. But now they must be actively trying to save money on cheese dip. Of all the ways to save money, just ripping people off.
- NNNinaMay 9, 20261.0Absolutely the rudest. Not once have I gone in to pick up an order and been greeted, in ANY way. They don't even LOOK in my general direction. People picking up orders just do not exist to them. They ignore you and do not place the order that's ready to pick up on the shelves, they leave it hidden behind it where it can't be seen unless you lean over the counter. It is disgusting how they simply refuse to acknowledge people picking up orders and keep the orders from visibility so that we either have to wait for any acknowledgement(10 minutes in my experience) or appear rude by being forced to ask for the order they've intentionally left behind the counter, or lean over the counter to grab the order from behind the shelves ourselves. The most unchristian atmosphere and attitudes. Jesus would be saddened by the behaviors exhibited as I've also been flat out LIED to by an employee who told me the order would be ready in a few minutes, and after 10 minutes of waiting, another employee told me that it had been ready since BEFORE I arrived, but had been placed where it's not visible to us. This girl straight up told me it wasn't ready yet while the order was literally in front of her behind the counter. Unprofessional, unchristian, and abhorrent.

It also had been removed from the order so had to re-order and pull-up to receive the rest of our food. Then the sandwiches were barely warm. We're not going back...food way overpriced and not hot. Did not take the Mattoon Chick-fil-A very long to become mediocre like most of the other fast foods are becoming.
