  I walked in and the atmosphere of the place is great! Cozy and warm, getting greeted with lovely staff. Gabby took my order and was so welcoming to me. The food is amazing and love the breakfast sandwiches. There was a staff member Juliana, she was absolutely rude to me and recommend she doesn’t come out to the front, she puts a bad look on Panera, very unwelcoming and just disrespectful.

  Service has decreased greatly overtime. Whoever is the manager in the morning is extremely unprofessional. I came here to start my day while on a time crunch and the associate that assisted me was confused when I was clear in what I asked. Kept running to the back to speak with the manager and the manager never spoke to me directly for clarity after I asked to speak to the manager. This will be my last time starting my morning here.

  I’ve ordered from Panera Bread twice now, and the food has been consistently delicious. I really enjoy the quality and taste of the meals. However, there’s one small issue that keeps happening. Even though I clearly spell out my name when ordering, it keeps getting shortened to just two letters (“E D”) on the order. It’s a bit frustrating and makes the experience feel less personal. I hope the staff can pay a little more attention to customer names in the future. Other than that, everything else has been great

  I had to leave a review due to the wonderful service I received from Kay P ( team manager) at the Matteson IL location. I decided last minute to stop in and study. I wanted soup however I was informed that the coupon I had only applied towards a full entree( I wanted the pick two). I opted for a sandwich. After the second bite, I knew I should have ordered the soup. I went to the cashier and was told that I needed to speak with the service side. When I went back over, Kay P immediately asked what was wrong and I apologized that I honestly would prefer soup ( there was nothing wrong with the sandwich). Kay P was so nice and understanding. I told her that I had been stressed studying and that I was so sorry that I had changed my mind. She was so kind, understanding and did not make me feel bad about wanting to change my order. Sometimes it's so rare to receive great customer service these days because staff will make you feel as if you're inconveniencing them. Thank you Kay P for such wonderful service and your kindness!
