    I ordered Shaker fries with my meal, not realizing they were a separate item. When I got to the register, I noticed I was being charged for two fries instead of one, so I asked the cashier if the charges were correct and let her know that I only wanted one fry. She adjusted the order based on what she understood. Since I had never heard of this item before, I assumed I had ordered it incorrectly and just wanted to fix it. At the pickup window, the manager began yelling that I needed to pay for my fries and that they weren’t free. I was caught off guard and embarrassed. I immediately apologized and explained that I was only questioning why there were two fries on the order, not trying to avoid paying. Despite that, she continued to scold me and held my food while doing so. I felt hurt and overwhelmed, and I told her that. I was nearly in tears asking why she was yelling at me. She denied yelling but continued in a harsh tone, saying I needed to know for next time. Why would I need to know for next time? I won't be coming back. The proper action shoild have been for the cashier to separate my order so thay I would not end up with 2 fries. The mistake was on the cashier. I apologized again, but she slammed the window. Another employee eventually gave me my food after the situation escalated unnecessarily. I ended up requesting a refund. As someone who previously left a positive review and visits often, this experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning.

    Went through drive thru, told us to park after paying, ordered a drink with our food, came to give us our order with no drink and mumbled when they walked away. waited for a few minutes expecting them to bring us our drink but instead had to go inside to get it ourselves. what was the point of going through drive thru if we still had to go inside? train your employees with better attitude please and thank you.

    They NEVER get our order right. EVER. They're also exceptionally rude. Instead of this location, I drive past it and further down Lincoln highway (east) and go to the one across from Walmart.

    On March 4 at around 10:40 PM, I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager named ELO at your establishment. ELO exhibited a disrespectful and condescending attitude, making inappropriate remarks about my mental health, financial situation, and race. These comments were unacceptable and deeply offensive, particularly coming from someone in a managerial position in the service industry. Additionally, I waited approximately 15 minutes for my order, which turned out to be incorrect. I only noticed the mistake halfway home and had to drive back to have it corrected, only to receive food that was cold. Despite this inconvenience, the staff offered no apology or compensation, such as a replacement or complimentary item, and continued to use derogatory language. This experience reflects poorly on the location and its management standards. I strongly recommend that ELO receive retraining in professionalism, customer service, and workplace conduct to prevent similar incidents in the future.
