    Siniya (however you spell her name) and Heaven have no customer service skills at all. Maybe that’s why this is their job to learn but not helping in their case. Not attentive to customers and very rude. Asked siniya if I could have my bacon toasted twice and she wouldn’t do it no explanation just no. Yet I’m a paying customer. Asked for their names and they laughed as I walked away. James the manager doesn’t care at all how his employees act at work and it shows. Getting my money back from corporate.

    Just ordered a sandwich from them for delivery. Opened it up and a long black hair sticking out of it. Luckily the delivery guy was there still and told him about it and he said I should call the location. I called and said there is a long hair in my sandwich. They said "ok we will send another one for you." I then asked if I can get a refund as well. "we will just replace the sandwich." This is not how ANYBODY should be treated. Especially when there is a HAIR in FOOD. I eat here all the time at this location so I expect better. Not only that, but I give them plenty of my business there since I and many others work down the street from them. The fact that I can't even get my money back is just wrong. A restaurant will automatically comp. a dinner/lunch and I shouldn't even have to ask for one!!
