  I ordered the tavern crust chicken sausage pizza for delivery . I placed the online order for the pizza to be well done. Well the pizza was over cooked. I called in and spoke to James. He advised me how to order the pizza in the future and gladly and might I add very friendly, offered to send me another pizza. The pizza came fast! James is an asset to this company! His friendliness and professionalism was a 10+! The pizza was very tasty! Pizza 10 and James 10 plus! Thank you !

  I had to order about 15 pizzas for a work lunch and not only was it made on time everything was freshly made and delicious!! I needed to add a few more pizzas and James threw them in for free. Definitely ordering from here again!! Thanks James!!

  We love the salads much as we love Giordano’s pizza at my house. Our favorite is the Chopped Salad and we order it often. We always get great customer service and the managers have been so apologetic and gracious the few times we’ve had an issue. Anytime James is working you feel like you’re being greeted by an old friend.

  Eleven years later and still great. We've ordered some of their deep dish stuffed pizzas most every year. Sometimes you're in for disappointment after that long but not here. Well worth the 45 minutes cook time.

  James' customer service is excellent. Not only did he take care of my order, but a customer called with a problem from the previous night with her order, he went above and beyond to help her. While waiting on my order a gentleman came in requesting an order. He made sure the gentleman received exactly what he wanted. He is the epitome of excellent when it comes to taking care if customers.
