On top of that, she said that one of the employees had difficulty understanding my language, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The overall experience was extremely unpleasant. When I asked for a refund, instead of properly resolving the issue, I was charged again for another sandwich without bacon — even though I didn’t want it. In my opinion, if a place makes a mistake with an order, they should fix it without charging the customer again. This was handled very poorly. My rating: 0/10.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
