    La Sra que estaba teniendo en el servicio de carro estaba demasiada desesperada y ajorada ni siquiera me dejó pensar que quería pedir. Luego en la ventanilla estaba muy grosera, nada de profesionalismo ni servicio al cliente, una porquería de persona. The woman at the car service counter was so rushed and desperate she didn't even give me a chance to think about what I wanted. Then she was incredibly rude at the window, completely unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills—a truly awful person.

    The initial contact was an accident. What followed was intentional. Cashier handled money, pressed his thumb into my avocado toast. I asked for a remake. I was handed the same item back as if it were new. The thumbprint was still there. That is a food safety issue. It was ignored. Staff saw it. No one corrected it. No manager available. Customer care said the store contacted me. Twice. That is not true. No call. No voicemail. No email. That is the standard here. Do with that what you will.

    I decided to visit because I was at Firestone. The Younglady was so rude. I said good morning and jaqelin just literally just looked. I spoke again and it was like pulling teeth to get her to speak. Jaqelin probably shouldn’t work the AM shift. It’s also cold in there and you can’t even eat your food in there. Attitudes like this will compromise your business.

    Hi i went and purchased a blubry breeze and they charged me 2 drinks i called in and i spoke to a dam rude person she said to go in and show my statement and receipt and and i went and they just stoled my money . Bad experience always bad service
