  Hello Marshall Dairy Queen today I went into your specific franchise and ordered the Double Backyard Bacon Ranch Signature Stackburger and a large order of Onion Rings you guys were a little stressed I could tell which is normal in food service but where very kind and professional even though some customers aren’t always understanding but besides that the Sandwich I received was super fresh and fresh onion rings tbh before the remodel I honestly felt like every time I went it was never fresh but at the same time it was always busy but today you have far exceeded my expectations it was hot juicy fresh it was really good all in all 5 stars from a very satisfied customer thank you so much have a great day

  Sat in line for 45 minutes just to get to the window to wait another 25 minutes for 2 blizzards. Next time I will drive to terre haute

  I just waited in line for literally 45 minutes just to get to the speaker and be told that they are closing the drive thru due to staffing and that the car in front of me was the last order they were taking.

  Drove all the way from the interstate into town to get a blizzard, and they were closed for Valentine’s Day. Couldn’t get an evening shift together apparently, but left me sitting in the rain for about five minutes with the window down before they told me had a whole line of cars behind me. They served the car in front of me.
