  We ran into this Arby’s this evening because of the tornado warnings. The staff took so much care and concern for our family—putting chairs in a safe place for my children as we monitored the storms progress. They were giving folks water and offered our kids fries since the power was going out and someone got them milkshakes to cheer them up. We were so thankful for everyone at that restaurant and station. In my daughter’s words ‘18 stars!’

  I visit this location regularly and the service is generally good, unless there are more than 3 cars in line for the drive thru. Given the complexity of the menu, plus the value specials, plus the periodic limited offerings such a delay is not extraordinary. However, these same factors apparently make maintaining the quality of the food at a higher level more difficult. This is especially true for the current limited offerings such a pulled pork barbeque and chopped brisket sandwiches. The "pulled pork" sandwich I got today was "chopped", under-seasoned with no smoky flavor, and generally tasteless in addition to gristly. The sweet barbeque sauce didn't help. Given that recent past special barbeque offerings were smokehouse worthy, this offering is pathetic.

  Was treated really weird by the guy who took my order. I ordered a fish sandwich, fish was cold and I couldn’t take it back bc I’m traveling and had to get back on the road. Really unfortunate experience but at least the restaurant was clean I guess.

  Great food but way way too expensive
